Individuals intending to present at the conference through a presentation, symposium, poster, or workshop, whether in person or remotely, must submit an abstract of their paper exclusively through the form located at the bottom of this page (not via email).
Presenters are automatically notified following the successful submission of the abstract.

The fee for participating with a presentation or announcement at the conference is due immediately following notification of the approval of the presenters' abstracts, amounting to 50 (*) euros per presenter, contingent upon prompt submission. A maximum of four presenters may submit each paper, and each presenter may participate in a maximum of two papers as a first, second, third, or fourth presenter.
(*) Attendance at the conference is complimentary. A registration fee of 10€ will confer the following advantages: The participation fee for speakers who are also jury members is €40.
- The conference proceedings, folder, abstract book, electronic proceedings, coffee, and additional goods will be available during the breaks.
- Each author is capable of engaging in a maximum of two papers or presentations, serving as the first, second, third, or fourth author.
